Not What I Expected I have decided to send this item back for a refund as I’ve been left feeling really disappointed. I had hoped it would transform my mornings, but the only difference is that when the dreadful alarm sound wakes me, I open my eyes to a lighter room than I normally would. I have learnt that I don’t react to light when sleeping, so there is no “gentle wake up” for me. Recommend for natural winter wake ups Revolutionised my winter morning get ups! I use my phone alarm (nicer than its beeping alarm) but set the light to come up just before. Have woken up naturally and usually before my alarm, ready to get out of bed, unlike my usual snooze button presses. Lights up the room perfectly – not glaring… but enough to help with waking up and feeling far more ready to get out of bed.
