Disappointed customer Very disappointed! Had the bench for 14 months and one of the slats has snapped! I contacted the company but said it was only guaranteed for 12 months, the bench has been very well looked after, has been treated and covered during the winter months but it looks very shabby! Very very disappointed- wish I would have paid the extra money and bought from a company who provided a better after service/guarantee
Nice looks, shame about the assembly issues This looks a nice product once assembled…but there’s the rub. No instructions and poor quality control made what should have been a simple assembly of ours something of a nightmare. The pre-drilled holes weren’t aligned properly for assembly the logical way round, were sometimes too shallow and were significantly smaller in diameter than the supplied dowels. Too much force led to splitting of the leg. I fixed it with wood glue and a clamp, but still…..Oh and we didn’t get the…
