  • After hearing of many complaints about cheap imported jerry cans, we decide to see if we could source a high quality jerry can for as low as possible in price made in Europe. Cheap jerry cans are made out a maximum 8mm steel many will be less that 5mm. Problem with this is these cans get kicked around chunked in a corner an only used once needed the Wheels N Bits jerry can is made out of 9mm un standard this is military grades.
  • The other way that they make the can cheaper is not to treat the inside of the can. The problem with this is in Northern Europe where you have lower temperatures from frost etc. The inside of the can will rust. Quality item. Looks and feels well made. The … Quality item. Looks and feels well made. The retaining pin on the lid gives peace of mind. I bought these 10L fuel containers, 1 with the spout, 1 without, because 1 20L is too big and heavy when full. These are just the right size.EDIT #1 – I have now used these jerry cans a few times. They are a quality item but the spout is rubbish, it leaks like a sieve. I’ve gone back to using a funnel.EDIT #2 – After buying and using a few spouts without much success, I bought this…

Smaller size Jerry Can is a high quality item Excellent, well powder-coated can. It claims to be made of thicker steel than its competitors, and certainly is very sturdy. The coating is continued on the inside. This is important because fuels can contain water, and cans can rust from the inside; so it is good to know that this one is well-protected internally. The cap seal is very good. We have been having hot weather lately, and when opened, there is a loud hiss of escaping petrol vapour. This proves the seal is good, and capable of…

Recommended Quality Fuel Can Manageable size and weight unlike the 20 litre can. You will need either a funnel or the specific nozzle which locks in place (recommended)The small clip that stops the cap from unlocking is OK but TBH probably unnecessary!Pour rate is good if into a funnel but a bit slow through the nozzle due to poor air flow (not a major issue unless you are racing!!!)Powder coating is nicely applied and I reckon the can will last for many years unlike the painted…
