Brilliant Candle People that have complained have not read the instructions on how to use the candle. You have to flatten out the burnt wick so that is level. My candle lasted three months and burnt normally you just need to follow instructions and maintain the candle wick. This product is a must buy much better than any Yankee candle or other candles on the market. This particular smell is good you can smell it in other rooms.

Lovely fragrance I prefer WoodWick candles to other brands as they always smell amazing and I love they crackle they make when lit. I haven’t had the linen one before and wasn’t disappointed, great lasting fragrance, you can even smell it when it’s not lit if the lid is off. It has a good burn time and is useful that the lid doubles up as a heat resistant mat.

Need longer wood wicks I think that the wick in the candle I bought had been set to low in the wax so once it had been lit the wax melted and submerged the wick which then put the flames out ! So I went online and bought some wooden wicks which where 1.3cm wide and long enough to reach the bottom of the glass wax dish, re melted the wax and set new wicks in it that stood 1cm clear of the wax and it then worked fine ! maybe I got a badly made one but as it was a present for someone I was disappointed !
